Refund policy

All classes and workshops, live or online, must be booked in advance.  Full refunds will be provided for classes cancelled with a minimum of a 24 hour advance notice.  Refunds will not be provided if cancelling within 24 hours of a class or workshop. 

For teacher trainings, refunds will be provided only with a minimum of a 14-day advance notice/request for cancellation provided by email to info@mannaliss.com.  Notice time is measured from notice to the start date of the training.  After such time, no refund shall be provided.

All membership packages are automatically billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on membership package chosen.  Annual packages may not be refunded and shall automatically renew each year unless provided with a 30 day advance notice.  Monthly membership packages may be cancelled after 60 days with a minimum of  14 day notice prior to the beginning of the month in which cancellation will take place.
