I got so much out of the session with Sarah, I felt fueled with positive energy. The stretching helped me relax and he'd stress. I will be making yoga a part of my weekly routine.

This place is full of beautiful, loving people and supportive and expansive healing energy!

I've lived in Delray Beach 20 ys., I am a Personal Trainer recently, yoga balances out my week in so many ways. Recently my Yoga mentor moved :( I always drive by Casa Manna Bliss, I took a couple of classes. I knew immediately from the welcoming, to the atmosphere I found tranquility, Instructors teach from the inside and share and reaches us in correct form, finding our own space. Wonderful :))

Jackie. What a stellar human being she is in every way possible. Her Oracle readings are off the charts mind blowing. Highly recommended to anyone interested in accessing insights from beyond the veil.

There are not words to express how madly in love with Casa I am! One of the instructors who has helped me feel so supported in this incredible community is Jackie! Wow! She is magnificent on many levels! The healing space she provides during her sound baths is eclipsed only by her intuitive/energy readings!!! I went to Jackie for a psychic reading/chakra healing session and it was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had! She used sound bowls on me and I was able to release an overload of traumas. I came out feeling like a new person. She is extremely healing & the real deal. I would Recommend her to anyone.

I am taking Restorative Yoga with Clarita Z. I’d highly recommend it. She is such an experienced teacher and has in depth knowledge of this area. I always leave class feeling good and restored.

Friday night with Anna was amazing. She had us doing some flows that allowed letting go, and connecting to Mother Earth. Her voice is really soothing :)

Ive been to Casa Manabliss many times and love it. Recently I went to one of the new classes with Sarah Alexander. She’s fantastic, it was focused and she helped correct my poses. Plus she’s funny and had a great playlist!

Every teacher is so expressive with their words that I hardly need to watch when doing yoga, and I love everything Jackie does for the south bath meditation. The classes are reasonably sized as well

PAritosh helped breath deeper meaning into my yoga so the score encapsulates not just physical asana- although his yin class it great - but the worldly and other-worldly philosophy of why we are doing it which he offers.

Such a great atmosphere and great service. Not to mention I really enjoyed the workshop!

Based on the Instructor, their knowledge and vibes, and the environment (the studio's aesthetics and atmosphere) we're warm and inviting. Plus the sessions were great for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.

It was an amazing experience!!!! We had a. Fantastic unique time. My feedback would be though the outdoor space it was very buggy. That wouldn't keep me from coming back but we got bit up by mosquitos and there were flies swarming around us at the beginning of the event. I love the space so much and the class was fantastic but it would be great to address that and maybe spray for bugs prior to an event like that with something natural. Thanks!!

My 2nd class and I have already recommended you. Why: quality of teachers, uniqueness and relevance of class instruction and ambiance which contributes to effective learning-discovery-experience. The promotional rate also encourages trial and adoption of classes. I have also been under exceptional physical and spiritual pressure for some months and this is really helping. On top of it I am a total novice at yoga and meditation so am as I said discovering so much.

I like the classes and the time slots that the classes are offered ... I go in the middle of the day like 11 AM or 4 PM most of the time. I do miss however your 12 noon classes. Thank you.

Fantastic people and experience

Loved the first 45 minutes. It was unbearably hot. Didn't feel I could get deep in my meditation because of how much I was sweating. Other than that class was great but the heat was distracting

Last nights 6pm class was amazing! Loved the instructor and her little extras with the essential oils and cool Cloths for the face at the end of class.
