New Day 🌈, new month🍀, new 🧘🏾yoga! Happy March dear yogis! We are so thrilled that many of you have been enjoying the new classes, some new faces and new opportunities for you to join the tribe. This week we will take some time to introduce new teachers and classes. Let us know which resonate with you. Remember our studio is more than just a place to come practice in, its a scared space for ✨healing, undoing, loving and growing✨. Join us Sunday 3/1 6-7:30pm for Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath! This evening will be filled with 💆🏽‍♀️deep relaxation and healing - as Dani Pogachefsky leads you through guided meditation to enter the Yoga Nidra state of consciousness, followed by a healing 🎼sound bath and vibrational elevation⚡️.This dynamic combination offers you a unique opportunity to rest, reset, and rejuvenate on a mental, physical, and energetic level. 🌙🎼⚡️✨💕🌙
What to bring:
Be comfortable! You will be laying down throughout the evening. It is important to support yourself in the process. Imagine that you are going to a slumber party, without the sleeping bag. Bring a mat, pillow, and any bolsters and blankets you may need to be comfortable. Props are available at the studio, but please bring anything that may enhance your comfort. Support behind the head is a MUST. Registration :

The New Moon 🌚 is upon us and we are set to mee

The New Moon 🌚 is upon us and we are set to meet again at 7 pm Sunday 23rd (Tonight). This month's ceremony will honor the month of love with a brief Cacao and Ho'oponopono healing added to our normal intention setting ceremony. If you have never attended a Cacao and Ho'oponopono ceremony or our New Moon Ceremony you are in for a treat. Tonight’s New Moon is in Pisces with Mercury in retrograde. We are being asked to be intuitively discerning about what is unfolding in the ✨energetic realms✨.We are being asked to trust what we feel, as we come to understand where our soul is trying to guide us next. It is a good time to take 📒inventory of our patterns, physical and mental, that have kept us bound, stuck and unfulfilled. How have we held ourself back? What do we need to let go of, so we can move forward? Registration:

College is an exciting time, full of new challenges that continually drive you to expand your horizons. While some of these experiences can be thrilling, others not so much! At Casa Mannabliss we want to help you combat stress! Starting in February, every last Friday of the month college students can come and practice for FREE! Just show your college ID and sign up for the 5pm class every last Friday of the month. We know the benefits of yoga as so vast- you’ll want more! Grab a friend, tag and share the health/wealth!

Join Nick this Saturday 2/15 from 1-4pm for a workshop of ⚡️Qi-Gong and Taijiquan. In this workshop, he will be covering elements of Qi-Gong and Taijiquan, with an emphasis on internal development. Through relaxation of the joints, proper body alignment and 🌬breath control, you will learn how to utilize your posture to increase energy, become more aware of it, and learn how to 🌀circulate it. You will be guided through basic qigong exercises, both in static and dynamic forms, as well as through partner drills. This workshop introduces qigong, breath work, muscle contraction and release exercises, fascia and tendon stretching, and 💙heart-mind coherence (Xing-yi harmony) to alter imbalanced energy patterns, thereby improving power, posture, balance, sleep, mood and stress levels. Wear loose clothing and 💧bring fluids to stay hydrated. Registration $60
