Sara Conrad

Sara’s yoga journey began at a young age to help manage the pain caused by scoliosis. In 2016, she completed her 200 YTT with a clear goal in mind. “To make yoga available to everyone! To show people how to practice wherever they are physically, mentally, and spiritually. I want people to learn the magic of yoga and how to incorporate it into their every day lives, both on and off the mat.”

Sara embraces the opportunity to teach complete beginners as well as advanced Vinyasa students. Her classes are always fun and upbeat and more often than not you’ll hear laughter as she guides her students through a playful and not so serious yoga class.

Nicknamed Saraswati, Sara has a great love of serving, healing, learning and traveling! Having lived in the Canary Islands, England and the U.S. she has enjoyed studying Massage Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy, Yoga for Children, Chair Yoga, Personal Training & Nutritional Coaching. Sara’s proudest accomplishment is her creation of “Yoga with Horses” where she has combined her two biggest passions, practicing yoga both on and off the horses.

Drawing on the energy and healing properties from her unique yoga experiences in nature, Sara provides her studio classes with much of the same vibrations. She teaches nature and energy connection, mindfulness meditations, playfulness, the power of laughter as well as her enhanced savasanas that incorporate Indian Head Massage and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing. Sara’s kind heart and sweet disposition draws students back to her classes time and time again. “We always leave her classes feeling light hearted, clear minded and ready to tackle the chaos of our day to day lives with her teachings. She shows how to use the powers that she herself helps us to discover deep within ourselves. She has helped me to discover my greatest gifts.”
