Miso’s love for the performing arts is unwavering. With over 10 years of classical dance/theatre training in ballet, tap, jazz, freeflow, modern, and international dance styles, Miso’s medicine of choice has always been dance. She believes it activates creative movement of the body, therefore releasing endorphins from from brain.
Miso’s dance practice deepened once she began studying yoga/mind-body connection and how alignment is crucial to our well-being. The stories we tell ourselves, both positive and negative, directly effect the quality of our life experience. Spirit reveals deep truth and healing through the art of dance and performance, which is why Miso encourages anyone and everyone to “Dance it out!”
